Award of TAE50116 or TAE50216 via National Recognition Principles - Application form

We offer individuals the opportunity to update their superseded TAE50111 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or the TAE50211 Diploma of Training Design & Development qualification by using National Recognition principles. Our simple update-qualification process, will ensure you are not left behind with an out-of-date qualification. 

This form is the first step in checking your eligibilty to proceed in this pathway. 

You must obtain your ten digit USI from before we can issue your Diploma/s

The TAE50116 has introduced a new core unit - TAELLN501 Support the development of adult language, literacy and numeracy skills.

If you do not hold TAELLN501A or TAELLN501B, you will be required to complete TAELLN501 via a learning pathway.
Determining LLN levels using validated tools, including those based on the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF), for at least five learners *

Planning training and assessment that incorporate LLN support strategies relevant to at least two different learners, or groups of learners *
