Overview

Gain a competitive edge with the latest TAE5 qualifications listed in the Standards for RTOs 2015!

Do you hold the superseded TAE50111 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or the TAE50211 Diploma of Training Design & Development qualification? If so, your qualifications were superseded by the release of the new TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training and the TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design & Development qualification. But we have a solution! Using National Recognition principles, gap assessment and our simple update-qualification process, you will not be left behind with an out-of-date qualification.

These qualifications satisfy the prerequisite to deliver and assess the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or any assessor skill set from the TAE training package.

Although all units within the TAE50211 are equivalent to the new units within the TAE50216, the TAE50116 introduced a new core unit TAELLN501 Support the development of adult language literacy and numeracy skills, however this is equivalent to the superseded unit TAELLN501B. If your transcripts do not include unit TAELLN501 or TAELLN501B Support the development of adult language literacy and numeracy skills, we can provide this unit via gap training.

Why Update?

There are good reasons to update to the new qualification:

  • Quickly gain the most up-to-date TAE diploma qualification to maintain your marketability and currency.
  • You will gain access to your digital transcripts from the Commonwealth’s new national training register using the Unique Student Identifier (USI) scheme. (Only available for post-2015 qualifications). This links all of your student information in one place.
  • We charge a one-off fee to verify your USI, recent experience and current Diploma, and then issue your new Diploma and load your results to the USI database.
