MARIA MORTON
Chief Executive Officer

Maria is the CEO and co-founder of Plenty Training. She has a strong background in the training and education sector, both within Australia and overseas, and was previously the General Manager of a leading TESOL RTO. Maria oversees the everyday operations of the business, and plays a key role in leadership of the management team.  Prior to Plenty Training, her career included employment in senior marketing, public relations and general management positions in both the private and public sector.


ASHLEIGH RIDLEY
Operations Manager

Ashleigh is the Operations Manager at Plenty Training. As part of her role Ashleigh leads our team of dedicated Course Advisors, manages all sales and marketing activities and is responsible for the scheduling of our face-to-face and online classes.

Prior to starting work with Plenty Training, Ashleigh held marketing and sales positions within the education and hospitality sectors whilst attaining her Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Communications.


MEGAN GRIEVE
Administration Team Leader

Megan is the Team Leader of Administration at Plenty Training, and has been with us for a number of years.  Megan oversees the daily functions in our administration department and provides supervision, support and advice to our extraordinary administrative team.  She strives to reach excellence in all aspects of her work and brings a wealth of knowledge from her extensive experience of working in the industry.  Megan takes immense pleasure in assisting students throughout their study journey to successfully achieve their qualification.


DONNA GIBSON
Systems and Projects Coordinator

Donna is responsible for implementing, coordinating and maintaining the projects and systems we require to continue to deliver the best experience to our students. Donna has been with Plenty for a number of years and has been instrumental in the continuous improvement of our Student Management System and Learner Portal.


ROSIE DUNN
Course Advisor

Rosie has a background in sales, employment and training. She has a Cert IV in Business, and a Diploma of Business Management, as well as other industry qualifications and training. Rosie has over 18 years experience in delivering high levels of customer service, and loves to help and advise people on making the right course choice and the best fit for their training needs.


MARK LEAMAN
Course Advisor

Mark has customer service and consultative experience in education, agriculture, construction, hospitality & professional sectors. Mark has a Bachelor of Business and loves to provide guidance and assistance to help students further their career options and maximise their skills.


Oscar Barrett
Administration Coordinator

Oscar has previously held roles in sales and personal training, and is responsible for guiding future students in the right direction to take the first steps to achieving their goals. He excels in assisting students to make the right course decisions, and is passionate about assisting students to begin their training and assessment journeys.


HEIDI PILZ
Assessment Coordinator

Heidi is an experienced RTO administration professional and has been working in general administration for 21 years. She has a strong background in customer support, student enrolments and issuing of graduate certificates. Heidi has herself been in the position of a student and understands the importance of someone being there to help you when you reach out. Having raised four children, Heidi knows the value of communication and is committed to working together as a team.


Justina Marcos
Administration Assistant

Justina comes to Plenty Training with RTO experience in the public and private sector. She has a wealth of experience in Customer Service and Administration from multiple different industries including Aged Care, Human Services and the Beauty industry. Justina is a first point of contact for students calling for administration assistance.


SAMANTHA BOSCO
Administration and Student Services Coordinator

Samantha is responsible for supporting all students with any enquiries to create a seamless learning journey.  She has recently studied her Cert IV in TAE so has a wealth of knowledge about the course and an understanding of what is required from a student perspective. Samantha has a strong passion to help each student achieve their goals and provide assistance as they progress throughout the course.


LEVI LUKE
Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator at Plenty Training, Levi steers the coordination and execution of our marketing campaigns and activities. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Creative Writing, along with a Cert IV in Graphic Design, and a background in B2C and B2B marketing, Levi loves creating compelling campaigns that seamlessly blend creativity with business objectives.


CELINE JOY LEGASPI
Marketing Assistant

Celine holds a Bachelor of Business Management specialising in Marketing, and has a background in sales, marketing and administration. She is responsible for the daily marketing administrative tasks, assisting the sales and marketing team, keeping all databases up to date and other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

CARL MOCNIK
Managing Director

Carl Mocnik is the Managing Director and a co-founder of Plenty Training. He is author of the best-selling textbook “TRAINING THE TRAINER: Attaining the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment”. Carl is a former naval officer and holds a Bachelor of Engineering and diplomas in training, management, business, WHS and project management. Carl oversees the academic team at the highest level, and is responsible for overall compliance and course-related creation and direction.


MELINDA SANTER
Academic Manager

Melinda has extensive experience in RTO compliance, instructional design and facilitating training and assessment. Melinda enjoys the opportunity to work with both fledgling and experienced trainers to deliver effective and enjoyable training. Her background is with RTOs and enterprise trainers both in the public and private sectors. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Economics and post graduate qualifications in human resources, and Diplomas in Vocational Education & Training, Training Design & Development, Leadership and Management, and WHS.


RUTH MCANDREW
Academic Coordinator

Ruth has worked in the VET sector for over 20 years as a trainer and assessor, content writer and developer, and in RTO administration. She has delivered both face-to-face and online training in the vocational areas of Beauty, Business, and TAE. Her qualifications include Certificate III in Beauty, Certificate IV in Business, Diploma of Business, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Diploma of Vocational Education & Training and Diploma of Training Design & Development. Her passion is training, and her motto is “students first”.


DAVID MURRAY
Senior Trainer & Assessor

David Murray is a Senior TAE Trainer and Assessor and has been with Plenty Training since 2015. With a 20 + year background in Adult Education, both in Australia and New Zealand, he is passionate about training and educating the next generation of trainers and assessors. His motto is “Let my experience be your experience.” He holds Post Graduate Diplomas in Business and Administration (Management) and Banking, a Bachelor of Business Studies (Finance), and Diplomas in Vocational Education and Training, including the research and e-learning units, and Training Design and Development.

David is primarily responsible for the training of students in our TAE Diploma-level courses, including the research and e-learning units, although he also trains the TAE Certificate-level courses online. Additionally, he regularly undertakes course improvements to both TAE process and product.


TOM FRASER
Trainer & Assessor

Tom comes from a house full of teachers, learning from a young age the power of education. He believes in embracing difference in ability and learning styles to create positive environments where students feel supported and free to make mistakes. Tom’s previous work as a TAFE teacher (Locksmithing) and as an Instructional Designer/Coach (in emergency services), gives him a unique set of experiences and skills within the Training and Education sector. His passion for animals can be seen in his online classes (with the occasional cat or dog on webcam), but Tom’s pursuit in providing better training in VET brought him to our organisation. A previous Plenty Training student himself (two Diploma’s), Tom now enjoys helping Australia’s trainers develop skills and confidence to teach successfully in their industries.

Fun fact – Tom came into the “World of VET Training” as a qualified and licensed Safe Cracker (also known as a Safe Technician).


ROY TYRRELL
Trainer & Assessor

Roy has 22 years’ experience in the VET sector; 12 years teaching wood trades at the advanced diploma level and six years in RTO compliance. Roy managed the compliance needs for a consortium of three RTO’s including acting as a mentor for a National team of trainer assessors across multiple industry sectors. An experienced facilitator in both face to face and online learning contexts, Roy strives to make the learning experience enjoyable and enriching for all students. Roy holds Diplomas in Vocational Education and Training, and Training Design and Development.


NISHA DIVECHA
Trainer & Assessor

Nisha brings to the organisation more than 22 years of experience in training and assessing, within the VET sector in Australia and abroad. Commencing her career as a Trainer and Assessor, Nisha progressed to take on higher roles such as Head of Studies, Training Coordinator, Instructional Designer, Training Manager and Resource Development Officer, at various RTOs in Sydney. As a part of these roles, Nisha delivered courses in Hospitality, Business, Leadership and Management, Customer Engagement and Training and Assessment, having developed compliant training material for most of these courses.

Nisha holds Masters of Education in Adult Education from University of Technology Sydney, in addition to the various vocational qualifications in Training and Assessment, Business, Hospitality and Management. Training the Trainers comes naturally to Nisha because of the extensive training and assessing experience and her passion coupled with commitment to share her valuable experience with others.


DAVID HARRISON
Trainer & Assessor

David has spent the past 10 years teaching TAE in an RTO, as well as consulting to organisations on training and development. Prior to this, David worked in the fast food industry, based in USA, South Africa, and Australia, holding director roles in training, human resources, industrial relations, and operations. David holds Diplomas in Vocational Education and Training, and Training Design and Development.


KENNY ROBERTSON
Trainer and Assessor

Kenny was formally a HSE professional and Registered Paramedic with over 11 years’ experience in the energy and VET sector as a trainer and HSE professional, including the delivery of training internationally in countries such as the UAE and Scotland, prior to moving into the TAE training sector. Through the delivery of over 30 short courses, qualifications and industry experience he has been able to adapt his delivery techniques to be versatile and engaging to all students, with a keen passion for learner engagement and retention. Kenny holds Training and Assessment qualifications to diploma level, as well as a Bachelor of Paramedic Practice and an Advanced Diploma in Work Health and Safety.
