Use Knowledge Management Systems Workshop (for BSB41419 enrolments)

This short, two-hour hands-on workshop is designed to give you practical experience with knowledge management systems in a real-world context. In the session, you’ll learn how to access, use, and contribute to a knowledge management system – skills that are essential in today’s information-rich workplaces.

You’ll take part in practical activities including reviewing a system, answering questions based on its use, and providing feedback to improve how information is managed. You’ll also hold a short meeting to share ideas on improving the system – just like you would in a real team environment.

Please note: Classes run from 9am – 11am or 5.30pm – 7.30pm (QLD time).
