Detailed, well-led, and instructors made it clear to candidates on the expectations and were very patient in guiding us through it. A suggestion for anyone looking to undertake the Cert IV course would be to bite the bullet and take the cluster option with all the workshops included. I took the 6-month cluster option, but managed to cram everything in 4 months. I could not speak more highly of my experience completing my qualification. From my very first interaction with Rosie, my Course Advisor, the experience was warm, professional and incredibly efficient. She made the enrolment process seamless and was such a wonderful first point of contact, setting the tone for the quality of support that continued throughout my studies. A very special acknowledgement also needs to go to David, my assessor, who was truly exceptional. Having worked in training and assessment myself for many years, I understand the level of care, time and commitment it takes to provide a genuinely high-quality learning and assessment experience- and David consistently went above and beyond. His feedback was thoughtful, detailed and constructive, but equally important was the genuine encouragement behind it. Even through the more challenging parts of the course, I always felt supported to learn, improve and succeed rather than simply complete an assessment. What stood out most was David's genuine passion for his students and for quality training and assessment. After many years in the sector, it can be easy to become a little jaded, so it was incredibly refreshing to be supported by someone who remains so invested in what they do and in the success of the people they assess. That level of care was evident in every interaction and made a meaningful difference to my overall experience. Completing my final unit was a wonderful milestone, and I’m incredibly grateful to both Rosie and David for the part they played in getting me there. Plenty Training is the only place to complete your TAE.  From the moment I signed up I felt supported in every way from speaking with staff to all things IT.  The videos explaining what is required for each unit are comprehensive and easy to follow.  I relied on them heaps.  As a 24/7 shiftworker I found myself doing the work at very odd hours when you can't contact business hours staff however the videos allowed me to progress without the need to rely on anything else. I can't recommend Plenty Training high enough. From support over the phone or via email to the resources provided within the training, I was provided with full support 24/7. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was running out of time to complete a majority of the course. I emailed my circumstances and requested an extension past the 12mths. This is the second qualification I have completed through Plenty Training, having previously completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with them. Plenty can improve by reviewing their unit instructions for Module 10 of the Cert 4 training & Assessment course. The instructions for module 10 is very lengthy and confusing. Overall, Plenty training is a very supportive and efficient RTO. The staff genuinely cares for the students. The trainers are very helpful and proactive in providing quick feedback to students for their asssessments. Completed my first skill set course (TAE) it was much more structured and understandable than I some how negatively imagined, possibly due too being my least favourite training method (Online). Instructional video after video really was effective and so resourceful in the learning journey. How structured, planned, supported and quickly marked, with appropriate needed feedback.
