Our trainers and assessors are passionate about training Australia’s next generation of trainers and are, quite simply, Australia’s best. This is because they must not only possess the skills and knowledge necessary to train future trainers, but they must also demonstrate what they train while they train!
Our culture
Prerequisites
Plenty trainers and assessors must possess:
- the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment AND either the TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or the TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design & Development.
- a personality and ethos to work within the Plenty culture.

We provide a full induction into our culture and our courses, which includes having you understudy an experienced Plenty trainer during their delivery of a full course.
