Dear Enrolments Officer,

I am currently enrolled in the course identified below. I wish to cancel my enrolment in this course and request a refund of the balance owing. In accordance with the student guide.

A. Refund policy – classes: For face-to-face and iClass+ classes, a full refund of the course fee will be granted if requested within a seven-day cooling off period. A seven-day cooling off period is available for these courses if class sessions DO NOT commence within three weeks of the enrolment date. A 25% admin fee is payable if the class sessions commence within three weeks of the enrolment date. No refunds are available after the seven-day cooling off period. Allow up to four weeks for an approved refund request to be processed.

Refund policy – distance and online learning courses: You must read the course page, course brochures and/or student enrolment guides to ensure that you purchase the correct online course suitable to your situation. For Distance+ courses no refunds are available after purchase as these courses are made available for immediate download. approved.

I confirm that upon receipt of the requested refund no further claim will be presented to Plenty Training regarding this matter.
