Meet Lisa.
As part of the team at Work & Training, a Registered Training Organisation under the umbrella of National Australian company IntoWork, Lisa continues to follow her long-time passion for training.
Like many everyday people, Lisa has held a range of different jobs within varying industries. Lisa’s broad and extensive experience enables her to share her wealth of knowledge with others.
Lisa first entered the world of training and assessment when she attained the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment in 2002, however, a move interstate saw her temporarily transition into a management role.
When Lisa’s husband made some new connections in the training industry during his own rediscovery journey, Lisa’s passion for training was also reignited and updating to the latest TAE was a must.
The passion Lisa has for training and learning is inspirational. Lisa encourages anyone who is eager to become a successful trainer to ask themselves the question – “do you love learning?” as she strongly believes a love of learning is key to a trainer’s success.
We are excited to see how Lisa’s story continues to unfold as she embarks upon the next step of her training and assessment career where she is ready to become an instructional designer.
