Meet Jen.
As a long-time team member within a Superannuation Administration organisation, Jen has overtime transitioned into a critical member of the organisation’s training team.
Originally managing an operations administration centre within the finance industry, Jen has taken her passion for learning and transformed herself into someone people in her organisation seek out for guidance.
One of Jen’s colleagues was the first to see her potential, encouraging her to apply for a training role within the organisation when Jen was feeling a little apprehensive. Landing the job, and then being thrown into the deep end without any training experience was a big learning curve for Jen but she was up for the challenge.
Attaining the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment was hugely beneficial in assisting Jen wade her way out of the deep end by helping her to understand and identify important concepts from within the training field.
It’s empowering to see Jen attribute the high level of success she has reached in her role to gaining the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
As a critical member of the organisation’s training team, Jen has become someone that people come to for support for themselves and their teams to identify any knowledge gaps and to curate learning. Jen’s confidence to give advice based on her knowledge is sure to benefit many individuals within her organisation and as a result benefit the entire organisation.
