The revised Standards for RTOs 2015 has changed the minimum qualifications required of trainers and assessors within the vocational education and training sector. The good news for many of our former students is that we incorporated the core unit additions into our TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment over a year ago, by including unit TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills and unit TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools. So these students will not need to update their TAE40110 to the new TAE40116 by 2019!
