Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) - TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education & Training

This online RPL kit is used as the first step in assessing candidates against the unit requirements of up to four prerequisite units required for the TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education & Training from theTAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment units of competency.

How much?
There is no charge to complete this application, submit it to us and have an assessor recommend whether or not you are a suitable candidate for RPL. Upon enrolment the applicable RPL fee will apply.

The qualification
These four prerequisite units are prerequisites of four units within the TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education & Training.

What now?

If you hold the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and wish to complete the TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education & Training you will need to attain up to four units from the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment to meet the prerequisite requirements.

Individuals who are completing Plenty Training's standard TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education & Training via Distance+learning and DO NOT hold the TAE40116 or TAE40122 will need to complete all four prerequisite units.

Individuals completing the TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education & Training via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will need to hold any prerequisite units relevant to the units selected as part of their application.

Note there are specific questions also for each of the units where you may be asked to explain in more detail the relevant experience you have had with those requirements (for example many of them require you to have been training and assessing vocational training on units of competency from a nationally recognised training package or accredited course as found on www.training.gov.au)
