• Increase your value with Australia’s most popular training qualification!!
Have you worked within the last two years as a qualified teacher, as a lecturer within higher education or as an enterprise trainer, and now want to move into adult vocational education? This pathway is based upon recognition of prior learning (RPL) for suitably experienced training facilitators, plus gap unit training delivered via face-to-face class or via live and interactive webinars. This option is restricted to experienced school teachers, trainers and presenters who are looking to expand their abilities, or who desire a ‘sea change’ into the world of adult education within the vocational education and training (VET) sector.
The TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification allows you to train and assess all nationally-recognised qualifications (i.e., from Certificate I through to Advanced Diploma) and units of competency within your vocational areas of competence.
This RPL plus gap training process was designed specifically for teachers and experienced trainers. It incorporates RPL to cover the skills and knowledge already possessed by experienced teachers (there’s no wasting time learning things you already know!) and provides training only for the gap knowledge and gap skills. This allows you to receive your TAE40116 qualification with the least amount of hassle.
You must first check your eligibility for the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment via the Teachers’ RPL and gap training course by submitting our online eligibility form.
There are many advantages in completing your TAE40116 via this program:
